So. I attempted to fix my washer myself with no success. I contacted SmartFix through yelp and they were about to come out the same day. They arrived within the designated time window and were very personable. Serg has my washer up and running in no time. Given that the service was completed the same day, the price was very reasonable

Serg was the best! He was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions. We had to wait on a part and I was kept informed of the delay...I will definitely use them again if there's a need. They were on time and explained why the freezer was not working. Thanks!
