Drove an hour and a half to the salon for an appointment with brandy. When we got there she never showed up she wouldn't answer her phone she wouldn't text me back. Had to drive an hour and a half back home after sitting there for an hour after her mom showed up she still wouldn't answer the phone. You would think if you're paying over $250 plus tip that your technician would show up or at least answer the phone not professional will not be back will take my money somewhere else. Don't waste your time making an appointment
