I don't really even know where to start. I put my trust in Sharlina here and simply asked to be blonder. I have been platinum blonde before in the past for years and understood that it is a process and won't happen over night. I came in with a blonde balayage and asked her to just move the blonde up and eventually I would like to be completely blonde again. She said you do understand it's a process right? And I said, yes I understand just try your best to maintain the integrity of my hair.I have always had long hair and only get trims so my goal was to keep it as long as possible. Any way...6 hours later she takes my hair out of foils and it is BRIGHT ORANGE AND YELLOW with random PURPLE pieces from when some of my porous hair took up the toner. She did a "base break" at my roots and there were very harsh stripes (like brush lines) all around my face and it was embarrassing. She insisted on cutting it to my shoulders when I asked for just two inches off. I decided to tell her to cut it where she felt best....she cut off ALL my hair! She knew I was starting a brand new job next week and she said for me not to wash my hair, not to brush it, and to just wear my hair up for a few weeks until she can do it again. She had to go because her mother in law was in town and she was running late. She charged me....wait for it.... 600$ for this!!!!! She said it would be considered a "color correction" and she charged 100$/hour (at first she tried to charge 150$/hour but when she saw my jaw drop she said she could do 100$).I was in tears at this point. I thought she was kidding. She NEVER discussed the price with me beforehand. I didn't think it would be over 200-300$ max. I have never paid that much for my hair before....ever. AND she cut it all off :( I tried to talk with her about the price because if I had known it would be that much to begin with, I wouldn't have went through with it.I never asked to be jumped to blonde in one day- I told her I would like to start the process...this was not what I wanted. Now I have to walk around with horrendous hair, it's so embarrassing. When I called her and spoke with the manager at Salon Botanical- they refused to refund me. They said my hair wasn't finished and that I needed to come back in again in a few weeks....now I can't afford another 100$/hour service and I don't trust her touching my hair again. I am so so so upset. My hair is also falling out. No wonder she told me not to brush it because she knew it was start breaking. :( I really wish they could've at least refunded me so I could get it fixed somewhere else. Long story short: stay FAR FAR AWAY from SHARLINA. She doesn't care about her clients. I was in tears pulling my credit card out and when she handed me the devise to swipe my card, she put 20% gratuity on it (total $720) and good thing I saw instead of just signing- so I removed it. I am still so astounded that she has no empathy for me and the way it turned out. I talked to her manager/owner and she backed Sharlina up and said she rents her own booth so it was up to her whether she wanted to amend things.

Sharlina is amazing!! She is the most patient, detail oriented, and creative stylist - I spend pretty much no time doing my hair and yet she's managed to make it look amazing. I can't recommend her enough and my only fear is that everyone will love her so much she'll be constantly booked when I need my hair done :)

Sharlina is wonderful at what she does! She was able to get me to the color that I wanted to be by making healthy choices for my hair instead of damaging it more than it already is from what I have put on it in the past. She is invested in her clients and you can tell that she is very passionate about her work. At the very beginning of the appointment she took the time to understand what I was looking for and discussed all possible options and how we should approach it. I would highly recommend her, you won't be disappointed!

Sharlina cut my hair into so many different styles, colors, and lengths, and it always looked great!! If I needed a more professional look, she interpreted my hand gestures and ridiculous descriptions into a beautiful style. If I wanted something fun, she was full of ideas and they always looked awesome.

Sharlina is an expert. Able to transform color to exactly what's desired and keep it looking natural and healthy. Love my hair! She is patient and veryyy detail oriented. And she takes the time to listen.
