When considering a septic company, I highly valued this companies upfront statement of know what you pay before they show up. However, I found this to not be the case…for a $325 dollar septic pump visit, the technician quoted me $2200 after showing up.
Septic Blue will also state they have a company policy that requires them to do a mandatory inspection which is an additional fee that they do not advertise in advance. They will also try to convince you that you need a maintenance plan for your septic system which again is an additional fee…
Customer beware!! This company will not deal honestly with you.
