I am a very tactile person and she was gentle and firm in her treatment of my head and just that spa experience alone, heated eye mask great music not too overpowering is wonderful! Such a great experience here. My high school daughter went to get a silk press on her natural hair reluctantly (thinking it would be a waist of time and money) however Krystal out did herself with her hair. She took her time treating her natural hair before straightening. My daughter was in love with it and it lasted a long time. Very friendly welcoming atmosphere as well.
