The braider that I had Tiyah was very nice, we had good conversations and she did a good job for the most part. The reason I'm giving four stars is because she didn't do good with hiding the ends of my hair into the add hair (the ends of my hair is coming out of the braid already, I noticed it immediately once I got home from the appointment) also, the type of gel she used left a big white spot in the back (basically the left side of my head is white towards the bottom) I'll have to rinse it out.

I have been coming here for years since I moved to Charlotte and there is no one else I trust with my hair more than Shauna! I am natural and whether I do protective styles, blowouts or more, my hair continues to grow and stay healthy strictly because of Shauna. She educates her clients and gives you full attention during your appointment. Her experience, technique, customer service and quality is unmatched.

Shauna is very professional, respects your time, and is very knowledgeable about hair. She really takes care of your hair to make sure it is healthy and educates you while she is doing your hair and answers your questions. She has a great personality and makes you feel comfortable every time you sit in her chair. I love this place so much that my daughters get their hair done here too!
