Clean, professional and very gifted. Going here has been an after surgery must for me. Huge difference on swelling and comfort. The owner is very knowledgeable and loves what she does and it shows! I have been going here since the 2nd week of surgery and my only regret is not starting sooner! Side note (She sales Fajates and helps you find the right fit. 5 stars truly!

Mia was very welcoming and very informative about the process even for your first time experience. The expense is reasonable as well. If you are looking for a place to relieve stress or just to pamper yourself, I recommend Refresh Spa & Wellness.

What a life changing experience!! Kandice was sooo knowledgeable and extremely talented, with how she targeted every problem area on my body!!! Not to mention it’s a black owned business and she’s a RN so she has knowledge in regards to health in general, so I felt in good hands! I will definitely be a regular and don’t hesitate to book, it’s sooo worth it!
