Although my floors look great with the exception of a couple spots that are lifting, the group of individuals the company sent, stole documents from me. I had a wallet in the drawer of my nightstand that contained my family's social security cards. I was informed that the agreement states they are not responsible for missing items. However you are responsible for vetting the people you are sending on your behalf. Not sending the same people or third party company into homes when you have complaints of theft. I live an apartment complex who has been notified and a police report has been filed.

Ethan is my Redicarpet rep, and let me tell you, this man is exceptional. He and his entire team not only provide the BEST customer service ever, but they are fast, efficient, and have top tier quality. I will be adding photos to this review. They have completely transformed the look of my apartments, I am beyond thankful for them. I would recommend them to literally anyone looking for any kind of new flooring.
