The pipe that connected my house to the city water had developed a serious leak which I needed taken care of as soon as possible. When I called them for assistance they were up front with me and told me that they were booked up for a couple of days and would not be able to help me immediately. I appreciated their upfront honesty and told them I could wait so we scheduled an appointment.
When the time came, they came to my house and inspected the situation. We had a water leak in our downstairs bathroom that was under the slab. After reviewing local plumbers in the area, we settled on Red Fox Plumbing LLC., and we couldn’t be happier with that decision.
Shane and his son Max communicated with us from the beginning about their schedule and time of arrival then made the interaction very clear and personal. Their work is quick and precise and they explain what they are going to do.
I love to see that Shane is training Max in a field that is very much needed for our future generations.

Red Fox Plumbing (704-614-3690) is the most competent and professional plumbing company we have experienced, and we have experienced plenty over many years! The owner, Shane, and his son Max are also personable and go "above and beyond" to make sure you are happy with their work. We highly recommend them!
