Service was excellent. We had a washing machine flood late afternoon on new years eve. Shane came over within 45 minutes and did what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and personable and we would definitely use his services again.
Now This Is Going To Be A Weird Review, Mainly Because Red Foxx Plumbing Didn't Do Any Work!!! This Is A STAND UP COMPANY!!!! I Spent 30 Years In THE MARINE CORPS, And This Is The First Civilian That Told Me The TRUTH!!!! HE TOLD ME UPFRONT THAT HE COULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO MY ISSUE, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO REFER ME TO AN HONEST COMPANY THAT WILL BE OUT IN THE MORNING!!!!! OOOORAAA!!!!!
I highly recommend this business. They were very professional and respectful and stayed in constant communication during the entire process.
