The pipe that connected my house to the city water had developed a serious leak which I needed taken care of as soon as possible. When I called them for assistance they were up front with me and told me that they were booked up for a couple of days and would not be able to help me immediately. I appreciated their upfront honesty and told them I could wait so we scheduled an appointment. When the time came, they came to my house and inspected the situation. I explained what I believed was needed but made it clear that I trusted them and would be willing to pay for what they believed to be needed. They inspected the situation and went to work immediately. I thought it would be a multiple day task, but after two or three hours they rang my doorbell and told me it was taken care of. They had listened to my explanation and checked out all of the problems that I thought needed to be fixed, but after their inspection they was able to make a much more direct and less expensive fix. They did and excellent job of fixing the problem while taking care of it much more quickly than I expected and saved me quite a bit of money in the process. I am very pleased with my choice to hire them to take care of my problem and would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs a great and very friendly plumber. 😃
We had a water leak in our downstairs bathroom that was under the slab. After reviewing local plumbers in the area, we settled on Red Fox Plumbing LLC., and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Shane and his son Max communicated with us from the beginning about their schedule and time of arrival then made the interaction very clear and personal. Their work is quick and precise and they explain what they are going to do. I love to see that Shane is training Max in a field that is very much needed for our future generations. Red Fox came out to fix a minor issue and they quickly fixed the issue while explaining what they were doing. They were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend
