Kelsey is amazing!! I moved to Charlotte from Seattle and needed to find someone to maintain my blonde (platinum) pixie cut. It is such a leap of faith to trust someone new with your hair, let alone a bleach and tone and pixie, but the leap was so worth it! Kelsey gave me the best cut and color I have ever had.
