I was referred by my coworker, I had booked a Radiance facial, and I will say this was the best experience I’ve had. There was no better way to start the new year off than pampering my face. From start to finish the entire appointment was chef’s kiss. Nisan went above and beyond to help me understand why I am still experiencing hyperpigmentation. She provided me with the do’s and dont’s to help me skin. Nisan is very knowledgeable when it comes to esthetics which we tend to lack. I am so glad that I was referred to her and before I left I had already booked my next facial, that’s how pleased I was with her amazing service.

I had my first appointment today with Nisan and it was exceptional. I haven’t had a facial in years and the one I had back then is no match for the one I received today. From the music, to the ambiance, to the cleanliness, to her expertise, to the customer service… I could go on. It was all good! Looking forward to returning next month!
I'm a recent transplant to the Charlotte area. I did a search on Instagram and Queen City Beauty Studio came up. I looked through their page and felt the energy would be good and I was right.
Nisan is super personable and passionate about her craft. You instantly feel comfortable when you meet her. And when waxing is involved...you need to feel as comfortable as you possibly can. She is so knowledgeable and shared some great tips. I booked my next appointment before I left.
