I just had my clothes dry cleaned at Q Cleaners I wanted to share my experience. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the prices, but honestly, I think the quality of the service makes it totally worth it.
My clothes came back in Great condition and just when they said they would. I really appreciated how well they took care of everything.
Sure, if you’re just looking for the cheapest option, this might not be the place for you. But if you want your clothes to look great and are okay with spending a little extra for that quality, I definitely recommend checking this place out. Oddly enough, I never read the reviews because I usually go there just for dry cleaning. Today, I went to pick up my clothes—a couple of dresses and some other items—and noticed that the bill was $140. I had a pair of jeans with a small hole, barely larger than a penny, which they charged me $40 to repair. My pink dress needed a hem, and they charged $45 for that. Additionally, there was a pink stain on one of my shirts, which they charged $9 to clean. The rest of my items were over $39. This place is a complete rip-off.

By far THE worse service I have ever experienced in my life. I received shoe repair services and my shoe was never properly fixed. The owner became belligerent and threatening. He stated the the shoe repair services are contracted out and refused to give me a number where I could contact the individual who performed the fix—or LACK there of. As any paying customer, you expect COMPLETE —satisfactory service. I brought the shoe in originally thinking I would pick it up FIXED..not in worse condition. The owner would not take the shoe back or reimburse me for the mistake. Take your money and time elsewhere!
