Karen was amazing. The reflexology along with the meditation definitely help my mind find peace after a hectic work week. Not only does your body feel better but you actually leave seeing the world in a new light!
My first appt was for foot reflexology due to foot pain from an injury. Karen was wonderful and helped reduce swelling and pain. She suggested accupuncture but I was hesitant. I researched and spoke to friends about it. I decided on accupuncture because I was dealing with systemic inflammation which was causing lots of arthritic pain and decreased functional activity. I did not want to become dependant on medication for pain relief and have always preferred natural remedies. I am SO PLEASED with the results I've had from accupuncture and the herbs they supply.
