We had our carpets cleaned by Chem-Dry this weekend and had another great experience! I really love that they are family owned and that so many of the employees have worked there for a long time. That says a lot to me.
We’ve also had the same technician, Justin, multiple times now, and he is SO knowledgeable — not just about carpets, but LVP flooring and everything in between. He always takes the time to explain things and answer questions, which really makes you feel like you can trust them. And of course, the results speak for themselves every time. Highly recommend!
