Walked in to loud chatter amongst the employees. Asked for a pedicure. Technician began the procedure without verifying the menu or costs. I felt rushed because she was clipping, filing, and massaging at lightning speed. In and out in 20 minutes. $50 plus $25 tip. This was my first and only sub par service at the Polished Nail Bar.

Technician Tracy was very kind and checked in with me along the way to be sure I was happy with her work and my selections. I wanted to paint my toes natural color but didn’t have a name/number in mind and she helped me find the perfect shade. Will return!

While the employees were super nice, the experience was rushed. I got SNS, this was about 1.5 weeks ago, they are breaking and chipping already. Usually when I get these at other places, they last up to 3 weeks. I take care of my nails in between visits, I’ve done nothing that should have caused this. I would not go back for this particular service as it is too expensive to not hold up.
