I will never go back to any Polished location again. I had a dip manicure on Wednesday. On Friday, my nail chipped. I called to see if I could come in on Monday to have it repaired. I was told if I could not remember the tech’s name, I would have to come immediately. If I tried to come on Monday, and another tech fixed my nail, I would have to pay. The nail service is shoddy, at best, and the customer service is abysmal. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was out sick, and there was no one I could speak with. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Possibly the sloppiest manicure I’ve ever had in my life.

It takes a lot for me to say this but I don’t think I’ll go back. This acrylic overlay took an hour and 15 minutes for her to do and she took off all the length I had when I went in. When I went in they were longer and more oval shaped but she just kept filing them down, making them shorter and more round. They’re super thick, not evenly shaped and there’s nail polish all in my nail beds.

I sent my mother to have her gel polish removed from her toenails for surgery. Upon entering she explained what she needed to do and why and was told "No problem". When done she was charged 50 DOLLARS. This is more than she paid another nail salon to do the pedicure (remove and reapply new gel polish). She will never go back and now I will not either. Disappointing.

This is the first review I've ever left. I can't believe I paid for the manicure I received tonight. Pedicure was just ok.

I had the dip powder service done to my natural nails, which were medium length and healthy. I noticed after I left the salon that one hand had two coats, and one hand had only one coat. It was quite obvious even though I didn’t notice until I left. The tech should have definitely realized this. Within a few days, the polish that had only 1 coat all began to chip, and my natural nails all broke off. I left the salon and went directly to the airport to leave town. I was out of town and had to have them repaired by a more skilled nail tech.

Ill start with the good part first. This technician has probably given the best shape to my nails (squared with round edges), perfect length, well filed, perfect to look at. But that’s about it.Now the cons- he didn't use the safe technique of soaking my fingers in rubbing alcohol pads to remove the previous gel, he used the nail drilling machine to remove the gel nail polish. I didn't think much of it, because i was unaware of what would happen. He drilled it like 5 times to get it to remove ever the bottom most layer, because he didn't have the patience to soak my fingers and wait for it to naturally come off. When he was done with the manicure, applied a fresh coat of gel polish and put in under the UV light, my nails started to burn for a quick second and then it would adjust. I still didn't much of it. Finished my appointment, came back and in fact i was so pleased with the shape that i went back again. He did the same exact thing. Only this time after i was done with my appointment when i came back home all my natural nails were breaking off. I have never done anything like acrylics in my life. It’s been a month to this day and all my nails are damaged, it will take months for them to regrow fully naturally. Worst experience!Service: Gel manicures

I had the worst experience at Polished this week, when they simply do not do a good job with a simple manicure and schedule an appointment and tell you to come in and they will make it right and charge you again for a second time. The manager just stated that it was a difference technician. I was very disappointed in the service and attitudes, all business needs to make a profit however service comes first and so should the client.

Walked in this business 1.5 and a half before they closed. I am African American. There were about 5 other people being serviced that were not African American . I was turned around and told they can’t do my nails. They don’t have the people to do it. Shame on you polished!
