Jay Cruz is the man when it comes to hair. He will be honest with you, he will help you understand your hair, and give you the best advice about hair. I've never trusted someone so much with a pair of scissors and bowl of bleach. I used to be so scared of getting a hair cut because I was afraid too much would be taken off and I'd hate it. Jay does it a few inches at a time. He feels the weight of your hair. Feels where you need hair taken off. He is honest about split ends and doesn't try to talk you into a hair cut just so you'll spend more money. I've seen that from other stylists but he is no where near anyone else I've ever been to.
