Jay Cruz is the man when it comes to hair. He will be honest with you, he will help you understand your hair, and give you the best advice about hair. I've never trusted someone so much with a pair of scissors and bowl of bleach. I used to be so scared of getting a hair cut because I was afraid too much would be taken off and I'd hate it. Jay does it a few inches at a time. He feels the weight of your hair. Feels where you need hair taken off. I stopped in to see Hillary today to get a conditioning treatment and a blowout and she did an excellent job she trimmed my hair as well... I wish I lived in Charlotte, I would definitely be a client of Hillary‘s and I am seriously considering traveling from Charleston South Carolina to Charlotte every eight weeks or so to get my hair done by her I’m totally jealous of Charlotte right now...
