Soooo the experience I had started off good with my sales person CALEB MILK WHO IS THE BEST THING THERE BUT THE GM NATHANIEL KING THINKS ITS OKAY TO PRE JUDGE PEOPLE BY THE WAY THEY LOOK WHICH NOT FOR NOTHING HE DOESNT LOOK HIS BEST EITHER AND DONT KNOW WHO I AM WHICH I HAVE MESSAGES TO PROVE AND HE THINKS CURSING AT HIS CUSTOMERS WILL GET THINGS HANDLED WHICH IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHICH IS WHY I TOOK MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE AND I WILL REPORT THIS TO THE BBB BUREAU AS WELL WITH MY PROOF AND I WILL ALSO BE CONTACTING YOUR CORPORATE AS HE SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS WITH HIS NASTY DISPOSITION

The experience at Planet Kia on E independence blvd in Charlotte, NC was an unforgettable experience. Garye was my salesperson and he did an amazing job helping me with my purchase and also was very patient as I wanted to make sure I chose the best vehicle. He explained all the features that came with the car and also allowed me, my wife, and father-in-law to feel comfortable. Visited Planet Kia on 1/19/26. Caleb, our sales person, was awesome. Due to a miscommunication with one of the managers we walked away from the purchase. The general manager, Nathaniel King, contacted my husband and I personally later that day to investigate our concern and apologize. Because of his effort to provide great customer service he saved the deal.
