On site staff are wonderful but it doesn’t seem like upper management cares much to fix things. Some weight machines are regularly broken for months at a time and now the air conditioning has been broken for over a week in the hottest time of year.
Love a good gym when I’m traveling. Only downside if that during the weekends, there’s no building concierge so I could not open the main door of the building. Since i’m a hotel guest, i wasn’t issued a token so i had to wait outside until a member came
Nothing wrong about this gym, but I have a feeling that the staff is closing tanning options saying that they are out of service so they probably don’t need to clean it. It’s always like that just in this location. Tonight as well 🙄
