I was in town for a work conference and stopped by Phenom to check it out. Very reasonable day rates, clean gym with top of the line equipment. Talked to the owner some and he was very nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back when I’m in the Winston Salem area 👍

Training with Mason is great! Love the at home atmosphere. Always feels welcoming and so much better than going to a big gym.
