First haircut for our 18-month-old little man, and Ronnie was beyond great! She was patient, friendly, very playful and made the whole experience stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better first haircut experience. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Ronnie for any baby's first haircut!

We have gone there 3 times- the first time our daughter got a good haircut, the second time was awful with someone else, so the 3rd time we requested the first hairdresser again. The 3rd time we were 7 minutes late because of nap and traffic, and were told they wouldn’t accommodate us because we were over 5 minutes late. She was currently cutting someone else’s hair early (during our time), so we suggested we take that person’s later time and they said no. Between the bad cut and the awful customer service, we won’t be going back.

Showed up at 10:51a for a 10:45a appt. I acknowledge being late, but they said I was past the 5min grace period and had to rebook.
Went straight to Sports Clips and couldn’t have had a better experience for my son.
Save your time, and spend the money somewhere that values customers and their experience

Ronnie is absolutely the BEST!!!!!! She definitely has a talent with the little ones her haircuts always come out on point. They are blessed to have her on their team.!!!!!! I always love how my grandson’s hair comes out!

we got our toddlers first haircut here, it was a great experience.
Every appointment since then has been cancelled the day of, and I'm told to rebook myself online.
I guess at this point it's my fault for continuing to book appointments with them.

Tried to get my son’s first haircut today by Ronnie. Unfortunately, the haircut never even took place because she could have not been more rude if she tried and clearly just didn’t want to work. Would not recommend anyone bring their kids here.

I wish all my haircut experiences were are smooth as this one. Easy to make an appointment online, AND the stylist Natali was perfectly on time and ready to go right when scheduled. It was my lil guy's 1st haircut, and he was pretty shy, but the environment here is perfectly designed to make kids feel right at home. Bright, friendly colors, a full selection of hot rod car chairs, dinosaurs, trains, car toys, and when everything is done, a lollipop and a toy from the treasure chest. A great experience for me and my kids, they already want to come back for another haircut!

This location offers very poor customer service and disappointing overall experience. Highly recommend taking your child to a different place or location.

I booked a haircut for my son with Ronnie. I completely understand that I was late and rescheduling was needed, but the way Ronnie spoke to me was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. It made me feel very uncomfortable, and I will not be returning.
