This place is terrible for communication. They booked me for a Jazz class and told me it was free. They scheduled me for the wrong date and now is saying it is $40. This place is a scam!

Wonderful, knowledgeable teachers (Tara, Sara, Brad, and Karmen) Friendly front desk personnel. 2 week trial with as many or as few trial classes as I wanted was a great value. #PSMD

Their piano teacher, Ms. Christina is a fantastic t and kids developed a genuine interest in playing the piano. A significant downside has been the sudden increase in monthly fees, which doesn’t seem aligned with market rates. The justification provided—offsetting costs with additional activities—felt unreasonable, especially since those activities weren’t optional for families to opt into. We ultimately had to unenroll them after about 3 years, which was disappointing given how much they valued their time with Ms. Christina.

I joined this studio as an adult dancer who grew up dancing. I started when the program was new and it has been amazing to see it evolve in to a diverse group of dancers from all skill sets. There is ballet, tap, and jazz offered for adults throughout the week. They've recently added different levels to be able to grow each dancers technique towards specific to their level. The staff and students are extremely friendly and passionate about dance.

Worst experience EVER!!. I was charged for my daughter‘s musical lessons and due to the INSTRUCTOR unable to make the sessions she was OWED credits that she never received. Spoke to staff about it. They said she would be receiving the credits. Same day my daughter was DROPPED. During our conversation I explained to BAILEY I had a new debit card that I would be adding to the portal for payment. SHE Advised no problem and it could be updated when card was received. ( I have email receipts) YET My daughter was dropped from the class same day and they refused to refund the credits that my daughter was owed. When I called to talk about it, I was IGNORED and DISMISSED AND COOKIE RUN weeks went by, so I called to follow up. I was told the owner would reach out to me later today but instead I received a scathing email that I was harassing them, simply because I asked for the due diligence of refunding me back my credits that were owed to me?! I have no problem going to another institution, but I feel that unfair to keep my money. Instead of talking things out, coming to a resolution as a good business practice, they threaten me when they were indeed in the wrong, very disheartened by this unethical action!

This studio teaches amazing life lessons along with the best dance training and technique! We are thrilled to be a part of this studio, and wish we would have came sooner!

I joined PSMD a few weeks ago. They offer a 2 week trial for $40 so I took a class or two a day over that period. The jazz, beginner ballet, and fundamental tap teachers are 😍 wonderful! The students and teachers are encouraging and friendly. It's also a good workout to replace at home cardio. I look forward to the recital to showcase what I am learning. Thank you for being so welcoming!
Edited to add: Be mindful of purchasing ballet shoes from the studio as they are not comfortable.
