I started going to Shannon at Phoenix in Charlotte after coming down with Bell’s Palsy for the fifth time. All the other times I did not have dry needling with electric stimulation to help me regain the muscle strength in my face. Shannon helped me to awaken my face with the dry needling and exercises on my face. The improvement is remarkable and I will continue to get help for further improvement. Very professional and show respect for privacy.
Went from walking in a boot unsteadily and not being able to move my toe at all to walking normal and moving my toe in a month. Shannon is awesome and so sweet. Ayisha is also so sweet and kind. Customer service is top tier. I’m thankful for Phoenix PT. Highly recommend!!
