I started physical therapy in September working with Shannon, my left foot kept me from performing daily activities because of tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. Within my first and third visit I am now able to walk in the mall, the park, and stand on my feet longer than I ever thought I ever could again, and this is with little to no pain and I have Shannon, Justin, and Kelley to thank. But it’s more than the therapy it’s the genuine commitment and compassion they have for what they do. Thank you Phoenix Therapy for getting me back on my feet again!

Phoenix Physical Therapy changes my life! I would recommend them to anyone. I went for severe motion sickness symptoms. Every time I went Matt and Blair had another crazy activity set up for me. From balancing on a yoga ball with my eyes shut, to obstacle courses, playing catch while balancing, and walking while keeping my eyes fixed on a moving target they challenged my vestibular system to work together to decrease my symptoms. Even through some really hard sessions that made me feel sick, Matt encouraged me to keep coming back. It always felt like a very uplifting personal experience which during Covid times was so appreciated. My life has improved so much, I can’t believe it.
