One of the best sauna experiences in charlotte! With a tv and speakers in the sauna, you can lay back and listen to your favorite show, music, or relaxing sounds. They have a eucalyptus towel for you to cool off with at the end of your session and it is a fantastic experience! I also really enjoy the light therapy. The different colors offer different benefits.
I wanted to wait a full month before submitting my review. It's super clean and very roomy. For my plus-size girls, it's safe, closed off, private, and there are rooms with showers. The sauna has enough room for fuller figures to sit comfortably. I love the dedicated TV in each room that is set up for a nice session of self-care and relaxation. If you want, you can watch Netflix or YouTube, but that defeats the purpose.

Must have experience if you have not tried an infrared sauna before! The benefits of the infrared sauna and chemotherapy are amazing. The studio is clean and the staff are friendly. Amazing membership and package deals available!
