Absolutely amazing!!!!! My experience with this office was hands down the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had!!!!! I really honestly felt like that was the goal here.
From the start I felt like it would be a great experience! Mainly because of the phone presence of the young lady I spoke with initially. Very calming, confident, respectful, & reassuring. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but she was a pleasant person to speak with. When I came to the office I was warmly greeted from the receptionist (can’t remember her name either…Sorry). Like many people, I’ve had my share of unpleasant dental experiences, so this was my third attempt at finding a great dentist in the Charlotte area. I was honestly prepared to drive an hour and a half just to return to my old dentist. Thankfully, my experience at Peace Haven has been exceptional. From the friendly customer service when scheduling appointments, to the hygienist, to Dr. Richardson, every visit has been wonderful. You’re not treated like just a number or rushed in and out. I highly recommend Dr. Richardson. Like so many people I automatically get anxiety just to mention the dentist. She is very hands on and tone is great for those like me who have ran from the dentist. Her staff is equally as amazing as she is.
