My account was moved when South Beach Tan left Charlotte. When I transferred to Palm Beach and went to set up my membership, there was a problem with the charges on my account. The store manager, Carrie, helped me fix the charges and took the extra initiative to reach out to her boss to make sure I was happy with the results. She’s always so friendly when I see her at the store, too. Thank you Carrie!

Belle was an absolute legend and helped me get signed up for a membership super easily. Her customer service was above and beyond throughout the entire experience from the moment I called. I got a spray tan in the Versa and loved the results.

Palm Beach Tan seems to be a large chain that has run all the Mom & Pops Tanning Salons our of business because there doesn’t seem to be any other places to Tan. But they have very clean, modern facilities & their staff is very knowledgeable about the latest products. Good specials too!!⛱?
