I had a massage with Dalton today, and overall, I really enjoyed the experience. He did a great job, especially with the attention he gave to my neck. I definitely felt the difference afterward. I will say that I feel a little more time was spent on my neck than on the full-body relaxation portion, but I still enjoyed the massage.
My only concern was the timing. I set my own timer because of previous experiences, and unfortunately, when the massage was over, I still had 15 minutes left on my timer. I arrived at 4:21 PM for my 4:30 PM appointment, we started promptly at 4:30 PM, and I was in my car by 5:45 PM.
Since massages aren’t inexpensive, every minute really counts for me—especially because this was my first time booking a 90-minute massage and I was really excited about having that full amount of time to relax. I just left feeling a little disappointed that I didn’t receive the full 90 minutes I had booked and paid for.
That said, I did enjoy Dalton’s technique and appreciated the attention he gave to my neck. I would just hope that moving forward, the full appointment time is honored, because that makes a big difference in the overall experience.
