0 stars, giving 1 star is being too nice. Very unprofessional. Made an appointment to pick up at 11:45 didn’t get the car until 12:30. Customer service is very unprofessional and wants you to wait outside until they’re ready despite having an appointment but they tell you don’t be late or fees will added.
Was leaving out for work at 2am. I come out and they are towing my truck. I stopped and asked why are you getting my truck. He told me I can’t park on side the street at my own house…charged me $500 just to unhook my truck. That is insaneeee. Called and tried to speak with a manager they told me to send a email
Overtime Towing in Charlotte operates in a way that feels like straight-up robo-towing. Cars are snatched up within minutes, with no reasonable grace period, and it comes across as predatory rather than professional.
