I called at 9 in the morning as a brand new customer, and someone was already here by 10:45 to treat my home. So fast! He explained everything he was doing and worked quickly, and was very friendly and patient with my toddlers' constant chatter to him.Feeling relieved to have been able to take quick action at the first sign of pests in my home.Service: Cockroach extermination
I never thought I’d have a favorite exterminator, but here we are. We live near the woods, so normally we’d have a ton of bugs in the house during the summer. But this summer we haven’t seen ANY, which feels a little like a miracle. And apart from being really good at his job, Richard is also really kind and respectful, which we appreciate. 10/10, would hire to kill bugs again.
