OK came out to look at a refrigerator problem same morning as the call. A new part was needed. Daniel the technician went out, found the part, and installed it - all same day. Courteous and complete service. Will call them again when needed, period.

Zack repaired my dishwasher. He ordered parts to fix my model and his office gave me an accurate estimate about how long it would take to get the parts. He called before he came and was at my house both times near the beginning of the window I was told to expect him. Zack also identified a problem in a second appliance. The fix is easy and I can do it myself but Zack saved me a lot of money letting me know what was wrong. Best repair service I've used in Charlotte and I'll use Ok Appliance Repair again.

Zack has come out to fix a couple of times to take care of issues for us. He calls back in a timely manner and comes out timely too. He does a great job and is so courteous. We highly recommend.
