Best experience ever 10/10 found my favorite nail salon ? after moving here and trying many others. This has been the best thus far. My walk in experience was quick and they were very attentive, friendly and welcoming ??☺️

Have tried many places in the Charlotte area and have found this place to definitely be the best. No matter how many people are in there they make me feeling like I have their undivided attention. They pay attention to detail and come up with beautiful mini works of art on my nails.

Very friendly nail salon that knows what they are doing! It can get a little confusing on walk-in vs appointment but they do their best to accommodate, and manage the flow of customers very well. Key factor I think they have going for them is I didn't notice a language barrier between any customer and the staff.
I went to another salon a few weeks back and they took me as a walk-in even though I had an appointment, and I didn't get the service I have scheduled. It felt rushed and my pinky finger was sore for over a week. The language barrier was a real issue there, so went with it but knew I needed to keep looking for another salon.
