If you are looking for a family doctor, Dr Dorton is excellent! He listens. He does not rush you. He always has good suggestions and recommendations and referrals. And he always follows up on what he does. And always answers questions you send thru the “My Chart” tool!
This team and office never ceases to amaze me with how much they improve every time I visit! I am so pleased to see that they have food boxes …get this … AT THE OFFICE! I think that is so wonderful how they accommodate those who have little to no transportation. The patients can just grab a box as they leave the office, all we have to do is just let the doctor or nurse know. I am always pleased with how much they care and how kind this office is. I trust my doctor (Dr. Ford) as she has been my trusted PCP for 5 years now! I absolutely love my doctor and I pray that she remains my doctor for another 5 years +! Front desk staff is not friendly or attentive at all. They used to have a very friendly front desk staff and she is gone. The new ones aren’t friendly at all. Dr Dorton is still good and his lab tech is good as well.
