Deborah C is such a great delight and positive ray of sunshine checking in early morning. She is extremely helpful and pleasant and caring too. Outstanding customer care and support!! The entire team of receptionists were smiling and happy. What a great way to start the day!!
Edit: Coming back to let everyone know of the amazing service and care from my recent visit. It's very sad to hear that most everyone experiences on a daily more compliants than they do compliments. Let's hear it for this team!! One more time 🎉🎉 Dr Catherine Hazleton provided the best care I've received. Extremely caring and kind, just such a great feeling under her care. Dionna her assistant was most pleasant and she has a bright and beautiful smile, totally took my nerves away through conversations. Cassandra is who you want every time! She has her job nailed to a tee!! Literally the quickest and also painless blood draw. Tranice and Cassandra make an awesome Team. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with Tranice. She is very kind and fun too. Lastly and she's perfect for the check out role. I did not jot down her name and feel bad about it now. The check out Lady deserves great credit as well. Answering promptly my questions and concerns. Sweet and kind demeanor with a great smile. The perfect way to leave this visit. Not every professional visit has to be a bad one. It's about attitude and respect for others. Understand what everyone is going through not just yourself. Being kind is free.

This is the most inadequate facility I have encountered. I am astonished that patient health does not appear to be the primary concern. I hope for improved medical care from doctors and physicians who prioritize their patients health. This situation is deeply disturbing. Mel Causey as an administrator we we expect more from you, given your role as the face of this location.

As a flight attendant requiring assistance with a health issue, I question whether this facility is adequately equipped. It appears that disregarding patients' concerns is a primary focus, which is concerning. Hopefully, this company will eventually prioritize its patients' well-being more effectively.

I believe this behavior was unprofessional and distasteful. You are expected to provide high-quality care. I feel that she failed to meet a patient's needs, as we are expected to be available for all requirements. FIND SOMETHING BETTER !

Mel Causey needs to be addressed regarding her communication skills and treatment of others. Your office prominently displays a sign emphasizing the importance of respectful interactions, which she failed to uphold. Any business that neglects to provide respectful service to its clients should reconsider its approach. I would not recommend especially if you’re African American.

When individuals are in positions of power, they may abuse their authority. It is essential to find a doctor who prioritizes your health. The behavior exhibited by Mel Causey towards that lady today was unacceptable.

Find a doctor who prioritizes your needs above financial considerations. This place is not the one!

Accepting patients and billing them without providing the expected services is unethical practice.
