The nurses who assist during delivery and after are exceptional, and the lactation consultant provides excellent support. The ultrasound technicians, including Emily, are kind and thorough, making the experience more special. The practice respects patients' decisions and provides great care, with friendly and kind staff, including Aly and Sarah, who always greet with a smile. Patients have praised the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness, and the doctors for their personable and attentive care. The team is professional, efficient, and takes concerns seriously, helping to make visits less nerve-wracking and more comfortable for new patients. I have always had great care from Novant OB/GYN. They were excellent through my entire pregnancy and even into postpartum when I suffered extreme postpartum anxiety. Cannot speak more highly of Dr. Chandler - he is knowledgeable, courteous, and a tad bit funny which helps in uncomfortable situations. He was very helpful as a listening ear when I was suffering with postpartum anxiety as well as with another issue that I was concerned about. I was induced per Dr. Stanton’s advice and looking back think my body was not ready for this at all having stalled labor and ultimately a c-section, but felt very well taken care of by Dr. Vemireddy as well as the medical team. ive given birth here twice in the Labor & delivery section (4 years apart) and my first time was a little rough but upon recently the staff & experience was all you could ever ask for. you’re truly in amazing hands here. you can tell the workers actually care & want to be there. they’re patient and attentive, i didn’t really have a bad experience with anyone. they were so helpful and made a stressful experience as easy as they could. Thank you nataly, louisa, sara, Dr vermireddy to name a few! Dr Frances Yancey is an angel. I have been going to her for 5 years. She’s very sweet and personable. The front desk staff is extremely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend.
