Edit: They called me after I posted the review and rescheduled me for the same week.

I've had good experiences with my appointments when they actually take place. However, 2 out of what I believe have been 3 or 4 visits, I've received a text a couple of days before my appointment stating that no dental hygienists were available on the scheduled day.

I'm generally an understanding person, but when I schedule an appointment six months in advance and then receive a text just a few days beforehand telling me I need to reschedule, it's frustrating. What makes it even more disappointing is that when I call to reschedule, there are no available appointments for several more months.

I don't believe this reflects good customer service. If the office is the one canceling my appointment, I would expect them to make an effort to accommodate me within a reasonable timeframe rather than pushing the appointment out for months.

We love this place. We recommend everyone come here. Denise is my favorite!!!

Staff is kind and courteous, they explain exactly what they're doing as they're doing it, they make sure you're comfortable while doing the work, and they make sure they've done the work correctly. Glad to have found their practice!

Since I’ve been coming here I always have a great experience, being a child who was always scared of the dentist , they always make my visit very comfortable and easy . Staff is always so professional and great .

I always have a stupendous experience. I’ve been coming here on and off since 2021 and I don’t like going anywhere else even though I live further. They always make me feel comfortable!
