We unexpectedly had to have the wood floors in our new house redone due to the previous owners moving company significantly scratching the floor. Our realtor handled everything initially. My husband and I decided to go ahead and have the entire downstairs redone and stained a different color. Kent was phenomenal to coordinate with and he very obviously cares about quality of the work and how to properly care for the floors after the work is completed. We were extremely happy with the work done and the excellent customer service during the whole experience. I can’t recommend this company enough.
