Highly recommend. Fortunately, my grandmother as well as my (step) mom arranged Neptune years and years prior to their passing. When the time came, it was a mere 1-phone call. The staff at the time of set up (with my own plan) and everyone we've ever encountered with the passing of our family members have been utterly respectful and genuine. As soon as our budget allows, we will make these arrangements for our children - as cost only increase. And the peace of mind knowing that wishes will be fulfilled with a mere phone call when that time comes eases my mind beyond measure.
My brother passed on and Neptune/Elijah helped us with cremation, death certificate, storing remains and contacts for probate etc.
The price was fair and the process was dignified.
Elijah at Charlotte Neptune helped compose a perfect obituary that captured my brother’s character and gave us a lot of peace.
I will bring my own urn and they agreed to
help place the remains to ready for the funeral and transport.

Everything was outlined clearly in all costs were itemized, and there were no surprises or pressure. It was much more affordable than the local arrangements that I made for my husband. It was exactly what we needed.
