Although some customers have experienced minor issues with their services, the team is known for their great job and willingness to help. Incredible, hardworking people and an overall great experience. They’re extremely friendly, reliable, and will call you if they’re unable to complete the work while you wait. For small alterations, you can often pick them up within a couple of hours. They also have two spacious fitting rooms, large enough to pray in, and they offer custom designs as well. As expected, prices are usually a bit higher because of the location, but they do offer 10% off if you pay in cash.
Ignore the bad reviews, just do your due diligence and call in to check the progress on your clothing. Tailored my grandfather’s bespoke suit perfectly for a third of the price and a quick timeframe. Mind you this is during peak prom season. Highly recommend anyone in Charlotte to start and end their tailor search here
