My Dental Hygienist, Julie was Amazing. She was very professional and at the same time super friendly. She was so gentle with my cleaning that I didn't wince once. The cleaning was over before I knew it. Dr. Ung was amazing and discussed my different options to deal with my issue of sensitivity when trying to whiten my teeth. She also referred me to an orthodontist to possibly correct an overbite that caused wear to my front teeth due to grinding my teeth last year. The entire staff is very friendly and the offices are bright and comfortably modern. I would highly recommend this dental practice and look forward to having my next cleaning in 6 months. Ive been a patient for 18 years and the service is phenomenal. Very cheap prices compared to other fancy dentists in Charlotte who charge more for the expensive upkeep of the offices. The service is great and staff is accommodating. Dr banks Allen is very skilled and up to date with newest techniques. ceCe is also a great hygienist with vast experience.
