MY SALON Suite Ballantyne is a wonderful place to work, praised for its exceptional owners. They are known for their genuine and honest nature, as well as their eagerness to help. Tenants appreciate their hands-on approach and prompt assistance with any requests, such as painting suites to suit individual preferences. The owners' thoughtful gestures, including holiday gifts, add a personal touch. Many tenants are so satisfied that they are waitlisted for other locations. The salon is a favorite among stylists, who appreciate the fantastic owners and the all-around excellent suite ownership experience. The owners, Melanie and others, are praised for their sense of care and urgency in meeting the tenants' needs, from location and security to peace and aesthetics. Tenants find the salon to be a peaceful and private space where they can thrive in their businesses.
I was looking for a place to suit my needs and came across MSS Ballantyne. It instantly clicked when I met Melanie who is the owner. We met and I viewed my suite. I instantly fell in love. As a business owner, we look for a place that brings us peace so we can easily thrive and that is this! I had a couple of things that I needed to check off for a location that would be a perfect fit: owners, location, security, peace, aesthetics, privacy and accommodations. All of these were easily checked off. They met every need with a sense of urgency you don't find anywhere else. The sense of care they have for their tenants is unmatched. I was only here for short time and in that timeframe, I can tell you this is honestly where I would consider a piece of my peace! You look for a place to work away from home that is your own little slice of peace and I found it at MSS Ballantyne. I will truly miss this location and if I had not grabbed a contract out of town this would be my home for a long time. Thank you MSS Ballantyne for everything!
