My friend and I were getting our nails done and the person who I was supposed to have left and didn’t come back to me. It took forever for someone to finally come back and when they did they didn’t even get the color that I wanted right.

I had a French manicure done last Wednesday, with 3 "jewels" at the base of each ring finger. 2 jewels were gone by the next day when we were going out of town. The clear polish was slathered on so thick that it started cracking next day! WASTE OF $ AND I WON'T RETURN!

Went there to get my nails done today, worst decision I could’ve made. As a 13 year old I don’t think its okay that I left their salon in complete tears because of how I was treated by one of the male workers. The worker had cut my nails much shorter than I had asked and horribly shaped them to the point where it was uneven and crooked. I asked him to fix it and he said he would towards the end. Every time I asked him to fix something he would give me attitude and say it looked fine. At the end of the session the nails weren’t fixed and still looked horrible. I proceeded to politely ask for a refund, in response the worker began to speak to me angrily and rudely. He then told me hed just cut them off and I wouldn’t have to pay. I thought by this he meant he’d cut them and even them which would’ve much better than what he had done before. Instead of this he quickly cut all my nail off unevenly once again. At this point I began to cry because of the way he was speaking to me and because I have an event tomorrow. He then proceeded to skim the electronic filer over my nails not even taking off half off the polish so there was skids of no color and patchiness. He did this in on purpose so my nails would look even worse. I left their salon and never plan on going back and i suggest for you never to go.
