I went to MSI in Charlotte to find something for my countertops and backslash. Courtney was such a big help to me! She was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. She even helped me in picking out the shade of the slabs. I would definitely recommend using MSI.

I had the BEST experience with Courtney today. For over an hour, she showed me different options and explained what made each piece different. Once she got a feel for what my style was, she led me straight to the store room that had all the big slabs and showed me one that wasn’t on the sample display. It’s EXACTLY what I have been wanting! I loved the aesthetic of MSI as well, it felt warm and inviting, not intimidating like some other slab wholesale places can be!
