Had a great experience at Metrolina Eye Associates with Dr. Kalie Leone. She was friendly, thorough, and made the whole exam feel easy and comfortable. Everything was efficient from start to finish, including getting my new prescription and ordering glasses before I left.
Not the biggest fan of getting my pupils dilated, but I know it’s important and the team made the process smooth. Everyone there was welcoming and professional. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Leone is very thorough. I switched my doctor after my last doctor got my prescription wrong twice. Dr. Leone and her staff are very friendly and careful; they double check everything. I have to drive across town to get there but it's with it.

Had a procedure due prior to measurement of eye for cataracts. A few emails and texts showed up about both procedures. I didn't look at the address for the 1st procedure which was different than eye measurement address. Showed up at the wrong place. Bottom line,.... I tried to get ahold of them... they ended up calling back and telling me to come to the uptown building and they would try to fit me in. 50 min later, sitting in the waiting room signed in and ready for prep. All in all, I was in the office for less than an hour. I know this is not normal procedure for most Dr's....but want to sincerely thank them for their patience and working me in. This will keep me on schedule for measurements and subsequent cataract surgery. Much appreciated. Treated professionally and like a person instead of a number..... THANK YOU!

Horrible administration. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, with no sense of customer service. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the same poor attitude and lack of professionalism at other locations as well. This seems like a broader issue, and it seriously undermines the patient/customer experience.
