The first time we hired Meridian was to put an addition on the house in 2019. So happy with the quality of their finished work, we've hired them for 2 additional projects since (a bathroom remodel and roof extension/covered parking/porch). Joe has never surprised us with additional costs after the contract is signed. That's what you get when you hire a design builder with decades of experience. He knows what he's doing and hires the best people to get it done right.
Our recent home renovation and addition with Joe and the Meridian DesignBuild team was highly successful. At first, we were unsure if our 1940's property could support an efficient expansion, and we were seriously considering moving. Joe, however, was confident in his ability to add to our existing home and skillfully updated our kitchen by removing two walls to create an open and inviting living space.
