I have been a patient for 8 years now! I just love Dr. McNeely and his team! They are compassionate about their work and patients. Very friendly, straight forward, and always consider what you want first, then show you options, and proceed to do their very best to please you. I admire this place of business, because I feel like family! I've recently moved farther away, but Dr. McNeely will always be my dentist. Dr. McNeely is eager to know that his patient's understand every procedure that is being done to their teeth, and he strive to perfect his every performing duty. Good service is worth a journey to receive it!
This is an excellent practice with highly skilled, efficient, wonderful doctors, and great staff. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, courteous and professional. And they were able to seamlessly pick up on the plan put in place by my former dentist Dr. Henderson in Manlius, NY. They are very caring in the way they provide their services. The kindly dental assistant even applied some Chapstick to my lips so that the process wouldn't cause too much dryness. Superb cleaning and exam. Outstanding front staff, gentle and thorough cleaning, and a dentist who took time to answer my questions. Professional, efficient, and welcoming office. Highly recommend!
