Not what it used to be. Time for me to find another one. Rocky River location has become so busy and if you need to reschedule you will need to wait 3 months minimum. They keep referring me to another location much further away from my house. You can never keep the same dentist and it makes it even moire difficult to reschedule an appointment if you request to a dentist you prefer. It is time to find another one that does not have multiple locations. It is losing the local nice friendly family dentistry feeling.
