Since 1/20/26, I have been attempting to have your representative Eric Brandt process a withdrawal from my retirement account. After a number of unanswered calls and emails, he finally sent the paperwork I needed to complete. I returned the completed surrender form to him on 1/30/26. After another number of unanswered calls and emails to follow-up, Eric tells me he has mishandled the paperwork and it has finally been submitted to be processed. I had inquired about having to proceeds direct deposited to my checking account in lieu of a paper check. I am a current customer. Terrible. Poor communication, inconsistant, conflicting information between calling them and the emails they wrote to me. Then they ghosted me and withdrew $300+ from my account with no notice. If I wasn't already 4yrs paid into this life insurance, I would cancel it all. ?They responded 5 days ago. No one has called me. Liars!
